Een weetje
over kruiden
Tijdens mijn behandelingen werk ik met etherische oliën en adviseer eventueel gedroogde kruiden, kruidenthee, Chinese kruiden of kruidentincturen. Veelal zijn deze kruiden bij mij te verkrijgen.
Maar ook bijvoorbeeld gelatine, psyllium husk, MSM of inuline.
Tevens ook 100% natuurlijk crèmes voor soepele spieren en huidproblemen.
